Inna Shapovalov began practicing law in 1994 in California. She worked with the Centro de Asuntos Migratorios in San Diego as well as Inland Counties Legal Services in Indio.

In 1996 she founded this law firm in Miami, Florida and has represented clients from all over the world in business start-ups, commercial transactions, business and professional visas, consular interviews, deportation, removal, asylum as well as family immigration cases.

Inna Shapovalov lectured on US business and immigration law at the seminar "Haciendo Empresas en Los Estados Unidos" (2004) in Lima, Peru.
